The women really brought their A-game in Lenzerheide as they fought for the World Championship medals. From clean shooting to rocket speed on the tracks we saw it all. These four athletes managed to win multiple medals but which one will win the Female Athlete of the World Championships?

Franziska Preuss (GER) finally took her first solo World Champion title as she won the pursuit with clean shooting. But she did not stop her medal streak there but took home three other medals as well. Also Elvira Oeberg (SWE) won her first individual World Championships gold medal on the final day of the competitions in mass start.

Julia Simon (FRA) did not only take one or two gold medals back to France but four! She won the women individual, mixed relay and single mixed relay and women relay. Incredible performance! Justine Braisaz-Bouchet (FRA) shared the women relay victory with Simon but she also took home the women's sprint victory as well as a bronze in the pursuit.
