DAV Ulm: Visitng the Viessmann Climate Club Trophy winner
In spring 2024, Viessmann and the IBU proudly announced the DAV Ulm as the Viessmann Climate Club Trophy winner. This award recognised clubs that go above and beyond in their environmental efforts and commit to promoting and using sustainable solutions in biathlon. DAV Ulm was awarded a voucher for a Viessmann climate solution valued at €24.000 for their dedication.

Germany’s Laura Dahlmeier, after winning at every level of biathlon from the IBU YJWCH to the Olympic Winter Games and IBU World Championships quietly stepped away from the sport at the age of 25 this week. Dahlmeier was undoubtedly the female star of her generation, known as a gritty competitor
