Stephen Seiler (USA) covered the intensity, duration, and frequency of training sessions in relation to endurance.
Andrew Smit (CAN) discussed the implementation of strength training in biathlon programs.
Rune Talsnes (NOR) focused on the prevention and management of unexpected underperformance.
