Tandrevold Perfect at Home, Wins Oslo 15 km

Norway’s Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold, skiing well and cleaning stage-after-stage, took the lead after the second prone stage, going uncontested in the rest of this afternoon’s Oslo Holmenkollen Women’s 15 km Individual to a 44:13.1 victory. Tandrevold’s clean shooting victory was notable across the board: her first-ever podium and victory in her home stadium, her first-ever victory in the individual and only her third podium in the sport’s longest competition. Today’s win was the Yellow Bib’s third victory of the season, coming after missing the podium in every individual competition at the recent BMW IBU World Championships.
