In 100 days, on 12 February 2025, the BMW IBU World Championships Biathlon Lenzerheide will begin with the mixed relay. Tickets for the major winter highlight in one of Switzerland's most beautiful holiday regions are available at lenzerheide2025.ch.

From 12 to 23 February, twelve competitions are on the programme at the first ever Biathlon World Championships in Switzerland. Construction work in the Roland Arena has long since begun. A grandstand for 7500 spectators and the VIP area will be erected in the stadium. «Compared to the World Cup in December 2023, this means a doubling of the grandstand capacity,» says Jürg Capol, CEO of the 2025 Biathlon World Championships. There will be additional large spectator areas along the course.

In addition to day tickets, season tickets for the entire World Championships and weekly tickets for the first and second week of the World Championships are available in the ticket shop at lenzerheide2025.ch.

Travelling by public transport is worth it

However, travelling there and back by public transport is also particularly encouraged. Regional public transport from Chur is included in every ticket. By RhB: Chur-Tiefencastel (2nd class). The above-mentioned public transport services are valid for the same days as the tickets. Also included in the ticket are the shuttle buses from Thusis (Park+Ride) and within the Lenzerheide holiday region. There are no car parks available for spectators around the Roland Arena World Championship venue.

The idea behind this premiere is to celebrate volunteer work as the foundation of the Biathlon World Championships and countless other sporting events and to create an attractive meeting platform.
